Shipping and Returns

Shipping Terms + Conditions

  • All shipments are subject to availability. Bulky items may take longer to ship depending on supplier availability. This is mentioned in the comments for relevant products. Please check with us before ordering if an item is urgent.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • Arlo Interiors will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient at time of purchase.
  • Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. 
  • All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels.

Australian Shipping Rates: VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS & QLD

  • $12 Standard Shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days (excluding Victorian public holidays). Bulky items may take longer, and we aim to process and ship these within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for your goods to be delivered after dispatch.

Parcels are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post, and in some cases via courier for bulky items.

Australian Shipping Rates: WA & NT

  • $20 Standard Shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days (excluding Victorian public holidays). Bulky items may take longer, and we aim to process and ship these within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your goods to be delivered after dispatch, depending on your location.

New Zealand Shipping Rates:

  • $40 Flat rate shipping

We ship to residents of New Zealand using Australia Post. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for goods to be delivered to New Zealand, depending on your location.

Some of our items are excluded from New Zealand shipping as they are considered too large for Australia Post. This is noted on the product description.

Our standard terms, conditions and policies apply to all orders placed for New Zealand based customers.

Please be aware of your obligation to any customs fees, charges, duty and/or taxes once the order arrives in New Zealand.

International Shipping

Arlo Interiors offer worldwide shipping on most items. If you would like a quote on international shipping please contact us at arlointeriors@gmail.com. Once confirmed an invoice will be sent for payment prior to dispatch. 

Return's Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Arlo Interiors. With this in mind we offer the following returns policy. 

  • For a full refund or exchange, please contact us at arlointeriors@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Any returned item must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging. 
  • Return shipping is at the purchasers own cost, unless the product is faulty. 
  • We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any goods that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition - in accordance with Australian consumer law.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived only if the item is faulty.
  • We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.
  • Refunds may take up to 3 business days after processing to appear in your account. 

Some items we stock are handmade and have individual qualities that add to the unique character of these products. These items are not faulty and these characteristics can not be used as the basis for a refund.
